Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of inspo.dev (the “Service”), an AI video editor operated by Fan Platform Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Keep your password and any API keys you store with us confidential. You’re responsible for everything done under your account.
  • Give us a working email address — we use it for sign-in, receipts and service notices.

2. Credits and payment

  • Generation is paid for with credits. One credit covers one US cent of the underlying generation cost at the provider’s list price; the cost of each generation is shown before you confirm it.
  • Credits are bought in packs, priced in US dollars and charged by Stripe. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Credits are deducted when a generation is submitted and refunded automatically if the provider never runs it. Credits spent on generations that ran are not refundable, even if you don’t like the result.
  • Credits don’t expire while your account is open. They have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and are not refunded in cash except where the law requires it or we choose to at our discretion.
  • We may change pack prices and the credit cost of models at any time. Changes don’t affect credits you already hold.

3. Bringing your own key

You may store your own Higgsfield API key with us. If you do, generations are sent to Higgsfield using that key and billed by Higgsfield to you directly under Higgsfield’s terms; no credits are used. You are responsible for that key, for the charges it incurs and for keeping it valid. We store it encrypted and use it only to make requests you initiate.

4. Your content

  • You keep whatever rights you have in the material you upload (“Inputs”) and, to the extent permitted by the providers we use, in what is generated from it (“Outputs”).
  • You grant us a licence to store, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs as needed to run the Service — including sending them to the AI provider that generates for you.
  • You confirm you have the rights needed to upload your Inputs, including for any people, brands or works they depict.
  • Outputs from AI models may be similar to outputs generated for other people, may be inaccurate, and may be subject to the provider’s own usage terms. We don’t guarantee that any Output is unique or free of third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to:

  • create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that harasses, threatens or defames a real person;
  • impersonate a real person or organisation, or produce deceptive media intended to mislead;
  • infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
  • break the law, or the usage policies of the AI providers we rely on;
  • probe, overload or interfere with the Service, or access other users’ data.

Providers apply their own moderation; generations they reject are refunded. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

6. The Service

  • The Service is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any model will remain available. AI providers change and withdraw models without notice.
  • We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely we’ll give reasonable notice and a way to download your Outputs.
  • Generated media is kept for as long as your project exists. Delete a project and its media is deleted from our servers.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill, or for the content of any Output. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

8. Ending things

You can close your account at any time by emailing us; unused purchased credits are handled as described in section 2. We may suspend or close your account for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts.
